Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
If you receive a damaged product, we will provide you the replacement. If the same product is not available, we will offer you complete refund. However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons. Once a product is received in good condition, we cannot accept returns or replacements for personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.
No Return / No Exchange Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Items that feel too heavy or appear bigger/smaller than expected
- Size issues
- Bent earring stems (intentionally done to prevent breakage)
- Loose beads or stones that can be fixed easily with glue
- Damaged or broken ropes provided as freebies
- Natural irregularities in handmade or hand-set jewellery
- Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-set designs
Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy
To process any transit damage or loss claim, the following is mandatory:
- A 360° continuous unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the damage of product
- Clear photos of the damage
Claims without proper video proof cannot be processed.
Replacement for Transit Damaged Products
We offer replacements only for items damaged during transit.
Process
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving with the required unboxing video and photos or wrong product delivered, to the email id featherscart@gmail.com and 9392625369/9390825369
- After approval:
- If your pincode supports return pickup, we will arrange a pickup.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product.
- When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips..etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered . This will avoid damage to the return product
- For replacent : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refund will be processed within 2-8 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled by the customer.
- Delays caused by courier partners due to weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions do not qualify for cancellation.
